Can a small chapter tell a bigger story?
Helping conservation organizations become better marketers without becoming full-time marketers.
What I thought
Many small organizations already have worthwhile stories. The difficulty is finding the time and a repeatable way to tell them.
What I tried
Start with one event and one clear invitation. Work backward from what a newcomer needs to know.
What actually happened
The useful evidence will be participation, volunteer effort, and whether the process can be repeated. A prettier announcement alone doesn’t answer the question.
What I’d do differently
Make the next event easier to promote while preparing this one.
Where I am now
Building the tools and keeping the questions close to the people doing the work.
One thing usually leads to another.RETURN TO THE INDEX ↗
